Senior IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office, the full-time Senior IT Program Manager will oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects while fostering continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolio prioritization based on business value and resource availability, acting as a change agent within the IT organization
• Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards using various project management methodologies
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate project delivery quality and drive continuous improvement efforts across teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management
• Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Agile)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
