Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager, IT Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT projects and programs across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and operations
• Develop and maintain PMO-standard project documentation and prepare PMO packets for leadership
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define best practices in project governance and establish project KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management in mid-to-large scale SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of IT domains including infrastructure, networking, and security
• Proven ability to develop PMO deliverables such as roadmaps and KPIs
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and IT frameworks like ITIL and COBIT
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
