Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define and socialize vision, roadmap, and operating model for complex initiatives
Lead risk posture and control design for programs, ensuring compliance and data privacy
Drive cross-organizational adoption of new delivery models and coach senior PMs and program leads

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
10-12 years in complex IT program delivery
PMP certification required; PgMP strongly preferred
Expertise in hybrid delivery, automation, and metrics-driven governance
Experience in executive storytelling and stakeholder influence
