Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager, Planning & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT workstreams within the ERP transformation program
• Oversee complex technical components including system integrations, data conversion, and analytics
• Serve as the central point of coordination across IT workstreams, managing dependencies and ensuring timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Six to ten (6-10+) years of project or program management experience in IT or technology-driven initiatives
• Direct experience supporting or leading ERP implementations with significant integration and data complexity
• Demonstrated experience managing complex system integrations and large-scale data migration efforts
• Experience working with third-party systems, including timekeeping platforms, preferred
