Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Senior IT Project Manager leads multiple AI initiatives in a full-time role, overseeing project management from scope definition to deployment while ensuring compliance with standards and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct multiple AI initiatives across the full solution lifecycle, aligning projects with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business goals into detailed AI project plans, technical requirements, and clear milestones
• Provide regular status updates, escalate issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive project records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Six years of experience, including five years in project management and five years in application and/or infrastructure services
• Preferred certification: Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience managing AI and Machine Learning projects, preferably in a healthcare IT environment
• Ability to work 100% remote within Texas and attend periodic meetings in the medical center
