Job Summary

To support a client in Central Illinois, the remote contract Senior IT Project Manager will manage multiple maintenance and development projects, oversee project deliverables, and lead internal and vendor development teams over a 24-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for maintenance and application development projects
• Coordinate meetings and communications to set project expectations and track progress
• Lead and direct internal developers and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, including risk management
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management software
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• 2+ years of experience directing internal and vendor development teams
• Strong background in creating project plans and documentation for maintenance and support
