Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Facilitating the learning and growth of multiple Agile teams, the part-time Senior IT Project Manager - Release Train will manage program increment planning, support Agile ceremonies, and drive consistent practices to enhance predictable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities related to program increment planning and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure strategy and execution alignment while managing risks and tracking impediments
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry-related experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent professional certification
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe
