Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple large and complex projects, the full-time Senior IT Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, implement project management standards, and address escalated issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage large projects requiring functional integration and procedural change management
• Oversee cross-functional project teams and consult on effective project management processes
• Address escalated technical and business issues to ensure minimal disruption to projects

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in the public sector
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements
