Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Facilitating the learning and growth of Agile teams, the full-time Senior IT Project Manager - Release Train will manage program increment planning, support Agile ceremonies, and drive consistent practices while working remotely in the Eastern Time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities related to program increment planning and release management
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum Masters in maintaining consistent practices across teams
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry-related experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent professional certification
• Experience with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe
