Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end project execution, the full-time Senior IT Project Manager will serve as the primary delivery lead for IRS contracts, overseeing task order schedules, resource allocation, and deliverable quality in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal point of contact with the IRS Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for all program-level communications
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Program Management Plan (PMP), including project plans and performance dashboards
• Lead Transition-In and Transition-Out efforts, ensuring continuity of operations and timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology-related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated senior-level experience managing IT projects across multiple technology platforms
• Proven track record in developing program/project management plans and risk registers
• Experience leading contract transition efforts and managing deliverable-based performance in a federal environment
• Certification in one of the following: PMP, CAP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
