Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading supply chain technology initiatives, the full-time remote Senior IT Project Manager will oversee complex IT projects across warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and enterprise systems, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery that meets business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT projects supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including implementations and enhancements across various systems
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, covering financial planning, resource estimation, and executive-level reporting
• Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to gather requirements, manage scope changes, and ensure quality delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in project management of complex, cross-functional projects
• Hands-on knowledge of supply chain systems, including WMS platforms like Infios WMS or Manhattan Associates WMS
• Expertise in hybrid Agile and traditional project management practices, with independent management of scope, budgets, and risks
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments, with a focus on change management and cross-functional team leadership
