Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of Asana as the IT PMO's primary Project Portfolio Management platform, the remote Senior IT Project Manager will manage project execution, architecture and process documentation, and change management while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, budget tracking, and delivery of the Asana PPM implementation project
• Gather requirements and configure Asana, ensuring integration and migration of data from legacy systems
• Develop testing plans, rollout strategies, and training materials to ensure successful adoption and governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management with hands-on PPM tool implementation experience, preferably Asana
• Proven track record of managing PPM tool implementations from requirements to go-live
• Experience with data migration and integration from legacy systems
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
