Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience focused on IT business systems
- Proven experience leading large, enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERP, billing, payments, and CRM
- Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
