Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the implementation of critical Medicaid projects, the full-time Senior IT Project Manager will oversee vendor compliance, manage integrated project plans, and ensure effective communication and reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide state oversight and coordination with vendor project managers for Medicaid implementation projects
• Support the HIEA team with project management tasks and ensure organized project delivery
• Deliver regular project reporting, including progress updates, risks, and decisions for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and clinical knowledge for requirement clarification and UAT issue tracking
• 3+ years of project management oversight experience with vendor implementation projects
• 3+ years of experience developing and managing integrated project plans, including scope and risk management
• 5+ years of experience in providing project reporting and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
