Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead medium- to large-scale IT projects, the full-time Senior IT Project Manager will direct project execution, progress reporting, and post-completion audits while mentoring PMO team members in a remote capacity for eligible states.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the discovery, execution, and reporting of IT projects, including application and technology upgrades
• Assist in establishing direction for the Project Management Office by creating and maintaining guidelines and procedures
• Mentor new employees within the PMO team to enhance project management capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS/CS, Healthcare Informatics, or Health Information Management preferred
• Seven to ten years of relevant IS project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Specialized knowledge of project management best practices and related technologies
• Experience with infrastructure projects, including networks and data centers
