Senior IT QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT QA Analyst (Automation, SQL).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and manage QA environments
• Lead QA efforts on small to medium projects and resolve cross-functional issues
• Design and execute automated scripts while mentoring less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or 8 - 11 years of equivalent work experience
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data analysis
• Understanding of software development methodology and automated testing tools
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and mentor small teams
