Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, validation, and delivery of AI-powered testing solutions
• Conduct hands-on testing, exploratory analysis, and quality risk assessment
• Establish testing standards, practices, and guardrails for AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or GED with completion of a technical training program and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience testing complex systems, including APIs and data-driven applications
• Familiarity with quality considerations unique to AI systems
• Proven experience in developing test plans and effectively communicating testing results
