Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a talented group of developers and analysts, the full-time remote Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure system quality and clarity in complex requirements while executing mainframe, functional, and batch testing for the Billing Policy Lifecycle team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mainframe, functional, and batch testing to uphold system quality
• Collaborate with peers to clarify complex requirements and streamline processes
• Analyze and implement business system changes and user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of relevant work experience
• Completion of a technical training program with at least four years of related work experience may substitute for the degree requirement
• A minimum of six years of related work experience may also substitute for the degree and training requirements
