Senior IT Security Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time Senior IT Security Administrator will manage systems administration for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 while ensuring security operations, including policy enforcement and threat monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, facilitating migration and managing endpoint devices
• Implement and monitor security controls, responding to security alerts and supporting compliance activities
• Oversee security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management, while maintaining documentation and metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT systems administration, security, or operations
• Proven expertise in managing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environments
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools across Windows and Mac
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals, including identity/access controls and vulnerability management
• Experience supporting a fully remote or distributed workforce
