Senior IT Security Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. IT Security Trainer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute enterprise-wide tabletop exercises for incident response and crisis management readiness
• Identify human-related security risks and develop a security awareness program to mitigate these risks
• Communicate complex security concepts in non-technical language and administer a phishing detection program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of Information Security experience, including 5 years as a trainer or instructor
• Eligibility to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
• Proven experience in designing and writing classroom curriculum
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and work under pressure
