Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second and third level technical support and act as the primary escalation point of contact
  • Ensure the day-to-day performance of the IT Service Desk and serve as a coach/mentor to other team members
  • Inform management of critical issues and work closely with co-workers to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst or equivalent position
  • Experience with end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 7, and Microsoft Office 2010/2012
  • Understanding of networking, DNS, WINS, DHCP, web/videoconferencing applications, and basic VPN
  • Basic understanding of Macintosh Computers
