Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Management Specialist to optimize platform performance and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Lead the development of custom workflows, scripts, and system integrations within ServiceNow
- Drive continuous improvements in IT service management processes in a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
- Extensive experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification
