Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Management Specialist to optimize platform performance and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Lead the development of custom workflows, scripts, and system integrations within ServiceNow
  • Drive continuous improvements in IT service management processes in a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
  • Extensive experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
  • Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification
