Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to oversee IT event management practices and improve service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for event management operations and policies to ensure high service quality
- Oversee planning and deployment of operational activities for event management and IT customers
- Manage system events processing, incident notification, and escalation management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM tools
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
- ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
