Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to oversee IT event management practices and improve service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for event management operations and policies to ensure high service quality
  • Oversee planning and deployment of operational activities for event management and IT customers
  • Manage system events processing, incident notification, and escalation management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM tools
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
  • ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
