A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Manager responsible for developing and implementing IT service strategies, overseeing service delivery, and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the delivery of IT services to meet client and stakeholder needs
- Develop and implement IT service strategies, policies, standards, and best practices
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical background and ITIL expertise
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge and certification of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000)
- Ability to lead and motivate IT service teams
