Senior IT Services Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology platforms, the full-time Senior IT Services Engineer will build secure, scalable solutions across ServiceNow, Atlassian, and AI-first engineering workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations, utilizing AI agents for solution design and implementation planning
- Write and maintain reliable code and configurations, validating AI-generated outputs for correctness and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of software/platform engineering experience with advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and Atlassian products
- Practical experience applying AI agents and prompt engineering to engineering workflows
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Python, or similar scripting languages with strong secure coding practices
