Senior IT Software Developer

Job Summary

To support software development initiatives, the contract-to-hire Senior IT Software Developer will develop, maintain, test, and debug software and data integration solutions in both traditional and cloud-based environments using tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle, .Net, Microsoft SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software and data integration solutions to meet defined requirements
• Formulate system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding for moderately complex information systems
• Design, build, test, debug, document, and maintain scalable applications and data solutions, including ETL/ELT processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ADLS for cloud-based data pipelines and storage
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, including streams, tasks, and pipeline processing
• Experience with data ingestion tools (Fivetran, HVR) and transformation using dbtLabs
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps within data engineering workflows
