Job Summary
Leading the design and strategy for large, complex government pursuits, the full-time remote Senior IT Principal Solution Architect will drive technical innovation, oversee solution development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions that align with client needs and company growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution design and strategy for high-priority government initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and technical requirements
- Collaborate with capture managers and business development to shape opportunities pre-RFP and own the technical volume development
- Mentor and guide teams in solution development, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of professional experience in IT and proposal development
- Deep understanding of US State and Federal proposal processes and compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading competitive top-down estimates and developing basis of estimates (BOE)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and influence adoption of new practices across teams
