Senior IT Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst will execute procurement processes, manage vendor negotiations for high-complexity IT goods and services contracts, and handle administrative tasks related to contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of contract negotiations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate contract completion
• Manage administrative tasks including updates, reporting, and utilizing procurement software
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for cost savings

Required qualifications

• Basic understanding of negotiating software and familiarity with standard contract terms (e.g., MSA/PSA, SaaS Agreements)
• Minimum of 7 years of related IT work experience or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, and Coupa
• Ability to manage multiple contract negotiations concurrently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on emerging technology concepts
