Senior IT Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Technical Specialist responsible for managing laboratory information management systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and support LIMS for multiple lines of business performing specialty laboratory testing
• Coordinate workflows, gather requirements, integrate products, deploy solutions, and train users
• Participate in the development of IT strategy for LIMS and manage risk assessments for new disciplines

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science with 10 years of experience in a related field
• 7+ years' experience in a medical laboratory environment
• 5+ years' experience deploying laboratory information systems
• 5+ years working as a Senior IT Project/Business Analyst
• 2+ years' experience as a team leader (preferred)
