Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Desk team and ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents
  • Provide mentorship and support to Service Desk Technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Coordinate workload and manage complex technical issues, while developing strategies for improving customer service efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
  • CompTIA A+ certification or an equivalent certification
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in incident and problem management
  • Familiarity with various IT related services and ticketing platforms
