Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialist to manage and scale IT operations in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and manage macOS endpoints, including security controls and lifecycle management
• Administer identity and access management across SaaS platforms and enforce security policies
• Troubleshoot cross-layer IT issues and support networking infrastructure for distributed environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or security roles within a cloud-first or SaaS environment
• Hands-on expertise with modern endpoint management solutions for macOS/iOS
• Experience with identity provider platforms and business-critical SaaS applications
• Proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash) and deploying Zero-Trust access platforms
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience in high-growth environments
