Senior IT Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise IT solutions, the fully remote Senior IT Specialist will partner with federal customers to design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable systems while ensuring system availability and operational continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist information engineers with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of enterprise IT solutions
- Collect, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable system designs
- Monitor system performance using defined metrics and resolve business and technical issues
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems or enterprise IT support and engineering roles
- Experience with Windows App Package and MECM
- Powershell scripting experience
- Strong skills in system design, integration, troubleshooting, and customer collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret clearance required
