Senior IT Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise IT solutions, the Senior IT Specialist will work primarily remotely with occasional on-site requirements in San Diego, CA, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems for federal customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist information engineers with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of enterprise IT solutions
- Collect, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable system designs
- Monitor system performance using defined metrics and resolve business and technical issues
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems or enterprise IT support and engineering roles
- Experience with Windows App Package and MECM
- Powershell scripting experience
- Strong skills in system design, integration, troubleshooting, and customer collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret clearance required
