Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Support professional to lead IT operations and support efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end laptop lifecycle and maintain accurate asset inventory
  • Process user access requests and perform onboarding/offboarding procedures
  • Implement and maintain security policies and monitor security incidents
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience with device management platforms
  • 3+ years of Google Workspace administration experience
  • 2+ years of experience with endpoint security solutions
  • Proven experience with IT service management and advanced ticketing systems
