Senior IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst to manage IT operations and security support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and contractors via a support queue
• Own and implement a comprehensive asset management program for various IT assets
• Manage software license lifecycle and support core SaaS platforms

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT operations experience, preferably in fintech or compliance-adjacent environments
• Strong macOS proficiency and working knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android
• Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms like Jamf or Kandji
• Experience with IAM, MDM, and SaaS management tooling
• Programming experience in Python or TypeScript is strongly preferred
