Job Summary
To drive IT operations forward, the full-time Senior IT Support Engineer will provide high-quality support for a fully remote team, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and oversee identity and access management while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior escalation point for user support, delivering assistance entirely through remote communication tools
- Own the end-to-end user lifecycle, including account provisioning and device management, while continuously improving processes
- Administer identity and access management systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and facilitating access reviews
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of IT support or engineering experience in a remote, SaaS-heavy environment
- Proven ability to support a fully remote workforce, diagnosing issues without physical access to devices
- Deep hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms, preferably Rippling
- Strong working knowledge of SSO, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and MFA in diverse SaaS environments
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001
