Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior IT Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote support for end users, including VIP services and escalation management
- Diagnose and resolve complex system/application issues, manage incidents, and support change management
- Support local infrastructure and AV technology, including setup and troubleshooting of meeting room technologies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in end user services and AV technology troubleshooting
- Technical skills in Windows/macOS imaging, endpoint management, and ITSM tools
- Ability to manage executive-level communications and stakeholder relationships
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Microsoft/Mac administration are preferred
