Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on and remote support for end users, including VIP services and escalation management
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system/application issues, manage incidents, and support change management
  • Support local infrastructure and AV technology, including setup and troubleshooting of meeting room technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in end user services and AV technology troubleshooting
  • Technical skills in Windows/macOS imaging, endpoint management, and ITSM tools
  • Ability to manage executive-level communications and stakeholder relationships
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Microsoft/Mac administration are preferred
