• Manage and optimize endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and MacOS MDM platforms
• Oversee application packaging, patching, and deployment strategies to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration with a focus on advanced endpoint and cloud administration
• Hands-on experience with retail technology deployment, particularly with POS systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks
• Mastery of Identity Management systems and security protocols
• Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting connectivity issues
