Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core enterprise SaaS systems and provide end-user support for remote workers
• Implement automation for IT processes and lead IT incident response
• Provide L1/L2 support and collaborate with IT teammates to enhance ITIL processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering core enterprise SaaS and IT systems in a remote environment
• 4+ years of supporting a fully remote Apple macOS environment, with a willingness to learn Windows
• Experience with ticketing systems and mobile device management
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and operating in a highly secure environment
• Experience providing remote support to C-Level executives
