Senior IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to oversee technical infrastructure and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain IT networks and systems across multiple Microsoft 365 domains, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Perform remote and desk side assistance to staff while managing cloud-based help desk and inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with DFARs and CMMC requirements through daily security checks and implementing technology solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a computer-related field
• Eight or more years of IT work experience, with at least three years in a Senior or Management role
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, and ISO
• 5+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity, as well as PC hardware and Microsoft 365 support
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171 / 800-53, CMMC, and DFARS
