Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS)
• Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, including planning and execution
• Provide day-to-day support for HRIS, addressing technical issues and ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management
• Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
• Experience with API integrations and data migration
