Senior IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Senior to support and enhance their Property quoting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system behavior and troubleshoot complex platform issues
• Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Maintain platform stability and drive improvements for quoting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or six years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of four years of experience in designing, developing, or supporting IT systems and applications
• Experience in supporting production systems and applications
• Familiarity with tools for monitoring and managing systems, such as Azure DevOps, Splunk, and AppDynamics
• Experience working within an Agile environment
