Senior IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Analyst (Workday HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned Workday functional areas
• Lead semi-annual Workday release management, including regression testing and enhancement adoption
• Perform system configuration and maintenance based on requirements and evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience with HR related systems
• 3-5 years of Workday tenant experience is required
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, macros)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Curiosity to learn new things and think creatively for problem-solving
