Senior IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the integration of Corporate IT systems for newly acquired companies, the full-time remote Senior IT Systems Analyst will partner with stakeholders across various business functions to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and contribute to technology integration efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT system integrations
• Create process maps and documentation to support M&A playbooks and technology solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across teams during integration processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a minimum of six years of relevant work experience
• At least four years of experience in designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and gathering business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of Corporate IT systems, including HR management and ERP systems
• Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps
