Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior IT Systems Engineer will architect and manage enterprise IT systems, focusing on identity and access management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable enterprise IT systems for a fast-growing global company
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and implement effective technology solutions
• Lead identity governance initiatives across cloud platforms, ensuring security compliance and efficient access management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of IT systems engineering experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Okta for identity and access management
• Hands-on experience with GCP IAM, AWS IAM, and GitHub Enterprise administration
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and mobile device management solutions
• Experience building or maturing identity governance programs to support compliance requirements
