Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement workstreams, ensuring adherence to restoration processes and effective resource allocation
• Act as a backup point of contact for clients, addressing unique challenges and monitoring technical restoration progress
• Provide daily updates and document processes for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Competent in Routing/Switching, including static routing and troubleshooting
• Advanced skills in VMware and Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Active Directory management and troubleshooting
• Expert in XDR/EDR deployment and forensic collections
• Experience providing technical support across multiple regions and time zones
