Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to provide support and improvements for property and auto comparison rating products.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and monitor performance dashboards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting while collaborating with peers and stakeholders
• Participate in the on-call support rotation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a large IT environment
• OR an Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Math, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience in monitoring dashboards using Splunk
• Proven experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with Quantum Metrics and Splunk is preferred
