Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer II (AI Native).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Help Desk on identity, SaaS, MDM, and authentication issues
• Act as the subject matter expert on Okta and partner with departments to onboard new SaaS platforms
• Design, configure, and maintain the company's SaaS estate with a focus on integration and governance

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a senior IT systems/SaaS platform engineer with deep hands-on Okta administration
• Experience administering and integrating Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, GitHub, and AWS
• Comfortable working with IaC frameworks like Terraform
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to accelerate IT operations and familiarity with AI governance
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript)
