Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support compliance and security initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Systems Engineer will design and implement automated systems and workflows, optimizing processes and integrating tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Automate high-volume manual processes related to audit evidence collection and compliance reporting
• Build integrations to consolidate data from various systems for audit readiness and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related technical role
• Proficiency in scripting or programming, particularly in Python
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
• Experience with API integrations and automation across systems
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and SOX
