Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Senior IT Systems Engineer will implement, manage, and automate IT infrastructure while enhancing the employee Mac experience and optimizing SaaS spend across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Okta for SSO applications, onboarding, and automation workflows
• Optimize SaaS spend through automated workflows and reporting, partnering with Finance for strategy development
• Develop automation tools to eliminate manual tasks and improve user account management processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roll-out and support, specifically with macOS
• Proven experience in SaaS spend optimization and automation development
• Strong understanding of IT support triage and user account management
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience with a variety of SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack
